To start the year off with a bang we are selling off our Stock at incredible prices.  We only have a few of each model in our January Sale so order quickly to avoid disappointment

 This cabin is sold on the basis it it purchased and paid for in January but delivery can be taken up until the end of March 2026.  Whilst installation is included we are happy to sell on a supply only basis also for customers wanting to fit themselves or do not want fitting before end of March. 

The listed price includes installation and base but roof covering is still required to be purchased. 

We also offer insulation and guttering, paint and painting  services and optional extras that you will be offered once the purchase has been made.

The 2.8m x 2.8m / 9ft x 9ft Edinburgh 140 Corner Summerhouse is a lovely contemporary corner summerhouse that really maximizes the space available in your garden. Perfect for relaxing during the summer months with a cold drink, allowing you to sit back and really enjoy your garden. The Edinburgh 140 features 40mm thick walls, double doors to the front and 2 large single windows.
