It includes two fixed windows with styrene safety glazing, a moisture‑resistant OSB floor and roof, and a charming dipped honey‑brown finish complete with mineral roof felt for added protection.
Safety is built in. All Rowlinson children’s buildings are fully tested to EN71 child safety standards, with regular reviews to ensure ongoing compliance with current legislation.
