Albany Buildings are supplied with a standard 12 months guarantee against faulty parts and labour. We reecommend you check your building is covered by your house insurance in case of storm damage. The buildings come supplied with a factory treated base coat of Albany stain or untreated if requested by the customer.
The treatment is a travel coat so the customer is required to have to have the building coated in a quality timber treatment after delivery and installation to ensure the longevity of the buildings.
