The price is for the cabin shown in the pictures and customers purchasing can come and take down and collect the model from our display site. It comes with the EPDM rubber roof. The building has been in situ for approximately 3 years. If you would like us to dismantle and deliver within 50 miles we charge £175 however we only offer this option if we are installing. If you are installing yourself then we can quote for delivery but we will not take the building down. For a quote on installing this model please speak to our team.
Introducing the Sussex 1 Summerhouse 3.9m x 3.0m / 12ft x 9ft 11" Log Cabin. The cabin has 44mm thick logs, making it ideal for year round use with insulation. The Sussex 1 is the perfect summerhouse building with large outward opening bi-folding doors, and 44mm thick logs. The building takes inspiration from numerous Lasita Maja top sellers such as the Barbados and Dorset.
