While many suppliers simply refuse difficult projects, Cabins Unlimited takes a different approach.

Because we have our own experienced installation teams and carry out detailed site surveys where required, we work hard to find practical solutions for customers whose projects may be considered awkward, challenging, or unusual. Instead of looking for reasons to say no, we focus on finding ways to make your project possible.

Over the years, we have successfully delivered and installed buildings in locations where many suppliers would not even quote. Whether your garden has:

  • Narrow side access
  • Long distances from the unloading point
  • Limited vehicle access
  • Steep or uneven terrain
  • Obstacles such as walls, fences, or landscaping

our team will assess the situation and explore the options available.

Sometimes this may involve alternative delivery methods, a different approach to bases work, additional labour, specialist handling equipment, or simply more planning and effort from our installation team. Whilst there may be an additional charge for particularly challenging projects, we will always look for the most practical and cost-effective solution.

Boundary Installations and Restricted Working Space

Another common challenge is when a customer needs to position a building very close to a boundary, fence, wall, or neighbouring structure.

Many suppliers are reluctant to undertake these installations because they are more difficult and time-consuming. Our experienced installers regularly work with restricted access and tight installation spaces, allowing customers greater flexibility when planning the layout of their garden.

In some situations, we may even prepare, treat, or paint areas of the building before installation if they will become difficult to access afterwards. It’s all part of our commitment to helping customers achieve the best possible result.
