BUILDING OPTIONS

This modular building kit contains all necessary timber panels, doors, windows and fixings as standard. To complete your new building, you will require a suitable base for installation, roof covering, and paint or varnish to weatherproof your natural timber building. Please choose from the options below.

Our roof shingles come in two different styles. Choose from a contemporary rectangular shingle, or a traditional hexagonal shape. Both styles are available in three different colours to perfectly complement your chosen paint finish.

We offer a range of garden building bases to suit all locations and ground conditions. For reasonably level surfaces, we recommend our environmentally friendly interlocking grid base. These are lightweight, free draining and the strongest on the market - available for DIY installation or fitted by us, and suitable for every building that we sell. For sloping or uneven surfaces, our metal ground screws are ideal - including a bespoke timber frame and all fitted by our professional team. Ground screw bases are not available for all buildings and not suitable for DIY installation. Find Out More

Enjoy your timber building all year round with our proven insulation systems, trusted since 2011. We insulate log buildings in the floor and roof using high-performance insulation panels to create an effective warm roof system that helps retain heat in winter and reduce overheating in summer.

For curved roof buildings and saunas, we can also insulate the walls using flexible insulation designed to follow the shape of the structure.

Our insulation kits include everything needed for installation, including insulation boards, vapour control membranes, battens, OSB, and specialist fixings — helping improve comfort, reduce heating costs, and make your cabin more usable in every season. The options shown below are suitable for this building:

Keep your cabin protected from water damage with our guttering systems, designed to direct rain flow away from the base of your new garden building. Add an optional water butt to conserve water ready to nurture your garden in the dry summer months.

Your cabin will require 10 litres of exterior treatment and 12.5 litres of interior treatment to protect the building in line with the manufacturer's warranty. After you have configured your cabin, please visit our Paint & Protection page to choose from our wide selection of paints and varnishes.
