At Cabins Unlimited, all our team are hard workers and are brilliant at their jobs! Every member of the team is valued for what they do in the business. Here is Melody our amazing sales manager based in Downham Market Display Site. Melody Stainsby has worked at Cabins Unlimited for 5 years! She is our sales manager and the main jobs she does are managing the office teams, organising fitting diary and most importantly, selling cabins and garden rooms! She is also part of our overall managemnt team.
Melody came to Cabins Unlimited from her previous job renting out holiday homes and ran the Dereham Display Site before moving to our biggest display site, Downham Market.
She has really enjoyed watching the business grow over the years and is proud to be apart of that. We have always been like a family run business and that is how we all treat each other, it is a fantastic place to work! Melody, Rob and Michael had an opportunity to go to Estonia to see the process of our Palmako cabins being manufactured. It was amazing to see the complexity of how a summerhouse or log cabin is manufacturerd and the factories are all fully automatied mills and quiote an eye opener. This really helped the team understand the process of how each and every cabin is made and to keep this in mind when providing Palmako cabins to customers. We think Melody enjoyed the work meals more as you can tell from the pictures below! Although others of the team have visited Lasita, Melody hopes we can get a visit to their factory soon.
There is not a single thing that Melody doesn't like about the business, her favourite part of her job is everything. Every business needs a manager like Melody that is hardworking and always makes sure the job is done. Melody puts a smile on every customers face when they leave our display site, she always makes sure the customer is happy and always has a smile on her face.
On a daily basis, Melody manages outstanding invoices, books install dates in the diary, emails customers and suppliers, creates quotes, answers the phone calls from our customers and staff, and most importantly she greets all customers that come on site here at Downham Market.
