We are often asked about when we have ex-displays but in reality we only have them every 3-4 years. We try and change them after this amount of time so they look fresh and new for the display site customers. Sadly as the display models get a lot of traffic into them and also people leaving the doors open we sometimes find that its better to sell of the older models and replace them with either different summerhouses or the same but new model.
We will be posting several ex-displays on our website page as they come available but will also be selling them through Facebook Marketplace and other places so if you are interested get in touch as they are unlikely to hang around with many models being up to half the recommend retail price.
As with all our ex-display models the price we advertise is for the building and does not include taking it down, delivering it or re-installation and whilst these can be quoted for by our team, often customers take the cabins and summerhouses down themselves.
