Designed for convenience, the cabin is delivered pre-assembled on a trailer and positioned directly onto your site, making installation quick and straightforward. This makes it an excellent choice for glamping operators needing additional accommodation with minimal disruption.
Delivery Notes
Shabby Cottages are supplied direct from the manufacturer and delivered on an articulated lorry – typically 16.5m long, over 3m in height and 2.5m wide. Safe unloading is the responsibility of the customer unless arranged with Cabins Unlimited at the time of order.
A suitable forklift is required at the offloading point. Lifting blocks are attached to the base of the product and the forks should be 2.4m long for safe offloading. Single units weigh approximately two tons. The units can be craned into position but offsets will be required to allow clearance for the eaves which overhang the base of the building.
The building can be placed directly onto a suitable base ready for connection to any required services.
